My name is Adam and this is my personal tech blog.
I’ve been in the IT industry for just two years since graduating and I have learned many things already.
Currently, I’m an Assistant Engineer for TÜV SÜD UK where I focus on reliable infrastructure: helpdesk, hardware & software support, scripting for automation, installing/maintaining servers and network troubleshooting – all in an infrastructure that’s mixed Windows and Linux. I’m in the early years of being an IT pro and my current role fits my interests with a broad exposure to tech. I have a strong interest infrastructure where I can provide solutions to benefit business processes – given this broad statement it’s fair to say I’m a generalist.
I use this blog to share things that I found to be a barrier but resolved, or anything I just find interesting.
There is a list as long as my arm of things I want to learn and do, I’ll do my best to document it all as I go.
